THE process
Our detailed, driven team will be with you every step of the way. The template specialists will skillfully and precisely measure your countertop space. Your beautiful stone slabs will be fabricated in our custom shop and finally, we have our top-of-the-line installation specialists who will carefully place all pieces and will leave your project looking pristine.
Consultations
Our consultations are free and usually take about 30 minutes. Bring in your dimensions, plans, pictures & inspiration! Our consultant will sit with you and pull out samples of all different types of stone and woods to match colors and textures in your space. We then curate a bid for your project!
2. Stone selection
Once you have chosen the sample piece you would like for your countertop, we sometimes send you to handpick the slab of stone if it’s local. This step is often skipped with quartz due to its consistent nature. Your slab is then ordered! Once the slab has made it to our fabricating center, we will start making precise cuts to fit your project.
3. Installation
Installation usually takes about 3-6 hours depending on the size of the project. Our installers are clean, professional, and part of our A-Tech Family. They are experts and we are confident you will love their work.
Types of material
Marble
This elegant-looking stone is perfect for both modern or traditional styles. Marble must be properly taken care of every year to keep its pristine elegance. Marble can be more high maintenance than Granite due to its nature of being a softer material.
Granite
Granite is a very durable material that is highly resistant to staining or scratching. Common uses of granite can be used for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, fireplaces, or even floors. Granite does have to be sealed every 1-3 years to prevent liquid absorption.
Quartz
Quartz is a man-made material consisting of resin and raw quartz stone. They are very durable and stain-resistant and can be found in many different styles and colors. As quartz is an engineered material, it remains less costly and more long-lasting than other surface-covering materials.
